Power source: From 110KVA transformer station located in Duc Hoa III industrial zone – Slico along provincial road 823B.
– Power supply standard: 250 kW/ha; Tmax=4,000 h/year.
– Demand for electricity:
+ Total required power capacity (taking into account 10% loss and 5% backup): 34,947.41kW.
+ Total required power (taking into account 10% loss and 5% backup): 1,394.18 million kWh/year.
Net:
– Connecting the 22kV line from the existing 22kV line along provincial road 823B (36m road) leading to works with floating aluminum cables and steel cores. The electric lines must ensure the height according to the regulations of the electricity industry.
– Arrange transformer stations to supply electricity for street lights.
– The 0.4kV power line supplies electricity for underground street lights, the street lights are high-voltage Sodium 220V-250W lamps, open and close by photoelectric or timing switches.

Water source: From the water supply of Phu My Vinh Company and Kenh Dong water plant, water source will always be guaranteed for the entire Slico Industrial Park.
– Water supply standard: 40m3/ha.day.
– Total water demand: 7,519m2/day.
– Net:
+ From the water supply station, the main pipe is led by pipeline Ø 200 and from the main pipe leading to areas and works by branch pipes at Ø 100.
+ On the roads are installed fire pillars Ø 100 with a distance of 150m/pillar, a total of 36 pillars.

– Sewage drainage system built separately from rainwater drainage system.
– Standard for calculation of wastewater is equal to 80% of water supply standard for industrial zones.
– Total wastewater flow is 6,015m3/day.
– Building a centralized wastewater treatment station with a capacity of 6,015m2/day, ensuring wastewater treatment for the entire industrial park.
– Network: Arrange sewer lines Ø300, Ø400 placed underground along the sidewalk to collect wastewater leading to the centralized wastewater treatment area of ​​the industrial park for treatment.
Wastewater is treated in two levels:
+ Level I: Treated separately in each work according to the standards set by the Industrial Park Management Board and approved by the competent authorities before discharging into the common wastewater drainage network.
+ Level II: Treatment at a centralized treatment area of ​​an industrial park that meets Vietnamese Standards QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT limit A, leading to a conditioning reservoir for control before being released into the natural environment.
– Build manholes for post-treatment drainage pipes outside secondary enterprises and industrial parks to facilitate inspection and supervision of the community.

The centralized wastewater treatment plant is responsible for treating pre-cleaned wastewater from enterprises operate in SLICO Industrial Park according to input standards QCVN 40:2011 - column B and ensuring treatment of output wastewater meet Column A standards according to QCVN 40:2011.

Investors will be provided with the most modern telecommunications technology services such as: Lisealine, ADSL, fiber optic cable, … Long An province’s phone number system, with two transmission solutions for copper wireline and fiber optic cable, ensuring that the communication of customers is always smooth.
